Job summary
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Fleet Technician based in Miami to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet assets to maximize uptime and performance. The role runs 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and requires independent troubleshooting, quality repairs, and accurate documentation of diagnostics and parts usage.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of fleet maintenance experience across light/medium/heavy-duty vehicles.
- Knowledge of diesel, gasoline, propane and/or electric systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and DOT compliance.
- Basic proficiency with fleet management tools and MS Office 365.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet assets to maximize uptime and performance.
- Perform advanced diagnostics across fleet including diesel vehicles, PIT equipment, vans and related assets.
- Execute preventative maintenance in line with DOT and company standards.
- Document diagnostics, repairs and parts usage accurately.
- Respond to roadside breakdowns and urgent service calls when applicable.
- Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify recurring failures to support continuous improvement.
