Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a full-time Fleet Technician in Glendale, AZ to service medium to heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure vehicles stay safe and road-ready.

Schedule is 10:00am - 6:30pm, Mon-Fri, with potential shift changes based on business needs. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license (CDL a plus), and 2–4 years of experience with Class 7 & 8 diesel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License; CDL is a plus.
• ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic preferred.
• 2–4 years of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair of Class 7 & 8 diesel trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain diesel equipment by performing inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle condition.
• Keep equipment available through preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Repair major assemblies and systems including powertrain, electrical, and hydraulics.
• Other duties as assigned.

What does a Fleet Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola? This is a full-time industrial level auto-mechanic position, responsible for performing maintenance, running diagnostics and repairing our medium to heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers. You will inspect fleet vehicles, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and play a crucial role in keeping our trucks safe and on the road!

Responsibilities

• Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
• Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
