Border International Trucks in El Paso, TX is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to build dealer relationships, drive aftermarket sales, and manage orders and CRM data. You will develop growth strategies and coordinate with service and parts teams to optimize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or fleet/aftermarket experience are typical.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Valid Driver's License and insurability are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and customers; support merchandising, orders, deliveries, advertising, promotions, and training.
• Sell aftermarket products including parts, service, and technology offerings.
• Prospect for new accounts and provide leads for growth.
• Develop and maintain account-specific growth strategies.
• Service existing accounts and discuss product features with clients.
• Manage accounts in CRM and update profiles annually.
• Follow up on orders to ensure prompt service.
• Coordinate parts and service sales with appropriate personnel.
• Explain product benefits to obtain orders and relay to the sales desk.
• Promote products through discounts and seasonal offers.
• Inform management with competitor insights.
• Complete ongoing training and professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
