Responsabilités

• Assist with driver and customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Promote safety by applying company policies and procedures.
• Direct flow of empty equipment to satisfy customer needs.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as required.
• Issue EFS checks when needed; follow accident and injury procedures.
• Assist drivers with directions and issue timely updates to customers.
• Monitor late deliveries and communicate issues to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Function

Provide support to OTR, short haul, local drivers and entire customer base. Maintain facilities including light housekeeping after hours.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Assist with driver and customer issues promptly and courteously
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures to promote safety among driving staff
• Help direct flow of empty equipment to satisfy customer needs
• Perform general housekeeping duties when needed
• Issue EFS checks when needed
  • Execute procedures in reference to vehicle accidents and on the job injuries
• Help drivers with directions when needed
• Monitor late deliveries and communicate any and all issues to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED is required; 2-Year degree or Bachelors degree preferred
• Business and/or Transportation experience considered

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
