The Town of Needham is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead the repair and maintenance of municipal vehicles, machines and radio equipment.
You will supervise the Fleet Division within the DPW, manage schedules, track parts and fuel, and ensure safety inspections. This full-time role requires technical training, several years of experience, and a valid driver's license. CDL Class B and ASE certifications are preferred.
The Town of Needham is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the full-time position of Fleet Supervisor. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Public Works/Operations, the incumbent is responsible for leading and directing the repair and maintenance of Public Works vehicles, machines, motorized equipment and radio equipment.
