Job summary

Naturescape is hiring a Vehicle Fleet & Small Engine Mechanic in Burnsville, MN to maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles and a broad range of small-engine equipment. Join a family-owned business that values a close-knit team and opportunities for advancement.

You will handle routine maintenance, diagnostics, brake work, and safety inspections across a high-volume fleet. We emphasize learning by doing and provide ongoing training within a supportive shop culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
• Basic understanding of automotive and small engine mechanics (brakes, engines, diagnostics).
• Provide your own standard set of tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a high-volume fleet across 41 locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, engine diagnostics, brake repairs and annual safety inspections.
• Track repairs and inventory using our asset management software on a tablet.
• Work in a fast-paced shop with lifts and specialty tools; collaborate with the Fleet Manager and teammates.
