Job summary

Naturescape is hiring a Vehicle Fleet & Small Engine Mechanic in Burnsville, MN to maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles and a wide range of small-engine equipment. You will work in a fast-paced shop with a focus on efficiency and quality, alongside a Fleet Manager and fellow mechanics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic understanding of automotive and small engine mechanics (brakes, engines, diagnostics).
• Provide your own standard set of tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a high-volume fleet across 41 locations.
• Diagnose engine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform brake repairs and safety inspections.
• Log work in our asset management system and ensure parts availability.
