Qualifications

• 3+ years in shop foreman or fleet maintenance leadership.
• ASE certifications relevant to heavy‑duty trucks.
• CDL or willingness to obtain with company support.
• Hands-on diagnostic work and mentoring technicians.
• Knowledge of truck systems including driveline, brakes, suspension, electrical.
• Ability to travel to Jacksonville and other FL sites as needed.

Actively seeking a Fleet Shop Manager position for a fleet maintenance facility in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on management role overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance on a fleet of approximately 1621 trucks. The successful candidate will manage three technicians, maintain quality control, mentor staff, and handle supplier and dealership relationships across Florida operations, including occasional travel to Jacksonville.
