Transport Refrigeration Services in Arcadia, FL is seeking a Shop Helper to join our fleet service shop.

You will wash trailers, move semis with a yard truck, and help keep the shop, wash bay, and fuel island clean while complying with safety rules.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, Yard Truck training, forklift certification, basic computer skills, and a team-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to operate yard truck and forklift safely.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Wash trailers (interior/exterior) for external customers.
• Move and back up semi-trailers using the yard truck.
• Maintain a clean shop, wash bay, and fuel island.
• Fuel company equipment.
• Operate various vehicles and machinery.
• Follow all company and customer policies.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
