Transport Refrigeration Services in Arcadia, FL is seeking a Shop Helper to join our fleet service shop. If you are self-motivated, hardworking and have experience as a truck driver or yard jockey, we want to hear from you.

The position offers hourly pay and a path to contribute to a great team. The role involves operating yard trucks, forklifts, and shop trucks, maintaining a clean shop and fueling company equipment, and supporting maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash trailers (interior/exterior) for external customers.
• Move and back up semi-trailers using the yard truck.
• Maintain a clean shop, wash bay, and fuel island.
• Fuel company equipment.
• Operate various vehicles and machinery.
• Follow all company and customer policies.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

• Unrestricted driver's license
• Successful completion of 40-hours of Yard Truck Driving Course
