Job summary

Maricopa County is seeking a Service Writer to coordinate and manage maintenance and repair services for its fleet of vehicles. Strong communication and technical aptitude are essential in a fast-paced, office-based role.

The position supports a fleet of over 3,400 vehicles and offers tuition reimbursement, work-life balance, and growth opportunities. Applicants must have at least two years in administrative/customer service and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Two years of administrative or clerical duties in a customer service environment.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet maintenance and repair services.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely information regarding services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
Receive and review work orders, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
Collaborate with fleet technicians to schedule and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.
Upload invoices and process payments for completed services.
Update customers on the progress of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions.
