Transdev in Crystal Lake, IL is hiring a Utility Worker/Service Employee. The selected candidate will perform basic vehicle servicing duties with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include cleaning buses, fueling, logging fluids, and light maintenance while adhering to DOT and company standards. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license for at least three years.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Safety awareness and ability to work in a transit environment.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles, interior and exterior.
• Drive, maneuver, and park buses as needed.
• Fuel buses and log fluids; monitor fuel and fluid levels.
• Operate drive cameras and fare boxes as required.
• Assist with light maintenance in shop areas and facilities.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and follow up.
