Job summary

Transdev in Lakewood, WA is hiring a Utility Worker/Service Employee to perform basic vehicle servicing duties and uphold safety standards. We are seeking customer service–oriented professionals committed to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Must be able to meet company and contract specific hiring requirements to include driving record and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior.
• Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles.
• Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids.
• Downloading drive cameras & probes fare boxes.
• Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Other duties as required.
