Job summary

Responsibilities include inspections of tires, brakes, lights and safety equipment, fueling and cleaning vehicles, reporting malfunctions, moving vehicles for service, performing minor repairs, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment
• Mechanical Knowledge with any applicable certifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment.
• Fuel, clean interior and exterior of vehicles after travel.
• Report any malfunctions or repairs needed.
• Clean and maintain buses and bus restrooms after trips.
• Make minor repairs to vehicles (filters, wipers, lights).
• Assist with moving vehicles to offsite service locations.
• Clean, disinfect and detail all fleet vehicles.
• Comply with College policies and procedures.
