Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess mechanical knowledge of construction equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to establish daily work priorities of shop and yard employees.
• Facilitate effective communication with shop via huddles, meetings, and one-on-one interactions.
• Assist with key decisions regarding all major equipment repairs, ensuring warranty or customer damage issues are addressed.
• Ensure adequate availability of essential shop supplies for seamless operations.
• Serve as a liaison between the shop and office, addressing equipment issues.
• Demonstrate and instruct advanced troubleshooting/diagnoses and repair techniques.
