Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a Fleet Service Coordinator to support the Director of Fleet Maintenance in daily tasks and to assist drivers with breakdowns and maintenance needs. This role focuses on safety, DOT compliance, and efficient maintenance workflows.

You will monitor fleet utilization, coordinate repair responses, and input maintenance data into our records system. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this hands-on, full-time position in

Qualifications

• Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related area.
• Prefer: 2+ years of fleet management and/or inventory control in multi-site environment.
• Require: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Require: Proficient PC skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and database management.
• Require: High school diploma or equivalent.

## Fleet Service CoordinatorApplylocations: Midland City, ALtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: R11880The Fleet Service Coordinator provides support to the Director of Fleet Maintenance in the execution of his or her duties and assists in daily administrative tasks for the department. The Fleet Service Coordinator will also provide support to drivers who have breakdowns or develop other maintenance issues while en route, primarily during standard business hours and after normal business hours, as needed. The Fleet Service Coordinator will assist in ensuring drivers and equipment are safe and DOT compliance standards are met.**Essential Functions****:*** Follow/execute preventative maintenance policies and/or programs for the entire fleet, including long-haul, regional and local fleet vehicles.* Coordinate breakdown/repair response by ensuring tows or repairs are conducted in a timely manner, vendor policies are followed, and that rest accommodations are made for drivers while their unit is off the road.* Understand, utilize, and train other personnel on use of Fleetmatics. Monitor fleet position and unit utilization for efficiency and to curtail inappropriate use of equipment.
