Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Service Manager in Fort Pierce, FL to supervise all service center activities and coordinate daily operations. You will manage P&L, inventory, and staffing while ensuring top-tier customer service and timely delivery of work orders and invoices.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and knowledge of service processes in a heavy-duty parts environment. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer literate with inventory catalogs and Microsoft/Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Service functions and workspaces in the Service Center.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workflow and progress of current work.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coach employees.
• Manage and update work orders and invoices for timely invoicing.
• Maintain safe and clean workspace and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide reporting on service center performance to senior management.
