Job summary

Blue Line Distribution, the in-house distributor for Little Caesars Pizza, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead the transportation department, manage schedules and routes, and drive DOT compliance, safety, and cost efficiency while supervising driver colleagues.

You will monitor driver routes, maintain logs, develop vehicle maintenance plans, and implement strategic goals from the company’s plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in transportation.
• Experience managing drivers, routes, fleet maintenance and operating expenses.
• Strong understanding of DOT, FDA, OSHA, CSA regulations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; onboarding systems experience.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the most efficient delivery schedule with lowest distribution cost.
• Monitor driver routes, stops, and deliveries; logs accurate and on time.
• Develop maintenance schedules for vehicles and train drivers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues at a tactical level.
• May conduct driver ride-alongs.
