Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment according to schedules or immediate needs.
• Relay work orders and messages to drivers and assistants.
• Use telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to contact employees.
• Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems or requests for services.
• Prepare daily schedules and work orders for crews.
• Keep and organize work requests, completed work requests, expenses, and inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
