Commercial Tire is seeking a dedicated Service Technician for full-time work in Lewiston, ID. You will perform tire-related services, from mounting to balancing, at either in-store or customer locations, including roadside assistance.

A strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness are essential for delivering top-tier results. You will also manage work orders, assist with inventory, and ensure DOT/ELD compliance during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service to customers through timely follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Perform tire-related services (mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs) on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT/ELD compliance.
• Accurately complete work orders, service tickets, and invoices; verify customer credit.
