Responsibilities

• Perform tire work (primarily commercial). Mount and dismount, air pressure checks, balancing, tire rotation and flat repairs. Ensures lug nuts are tightened to the proper torque specifications.
• Receive product into location prior to putting away.
• Complete Service Calls to a Location if Needed.
• End of shift duties: cleaning, finishing work, manager approval.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and clear communication is maintained.
• Assist in organization of tire and lube shop supplies and maintain workspace cleanliness.
