Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field.
• 5+ years in heavy equipment management, maintenance, or repair.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment systems and maintenance.
• Experience with telematics platforms, data analysis tools, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and cost center performance for condition monitoring operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and data requirements.
• Monitor machine health data and predict failures to reduce downtime.
• Provide actionable maintenance recommendations and reports.
• Drive fleet performance insights and data-driven decisions.
