Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License; defensive driving program preferred.
• CDL and multiple certifications are preferred to operate and maintain fleet assets.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily fleet maintenance work and safety of shop associates.
• Oversees labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Manages parts inventory and procurement; tracks assets and costs.
• Coordinates maintenance with other departments and ensures compliance with safety programs.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Reviews maintenance reports and implements cost-reduction ideas.
• Ensures documentation and records are complete and accurate.
