Job summary

GSM - Green SM is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle and driver management, maintenance coordination, and service quality control. This hands-on role suits someone with automotive experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

You will supervise drivers, coordinate vehicle maintenance, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies while collaborating across teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Automotive, Business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and insurance processes
• Hands-on experience managing technical vehicle issues and driver operations
• Strong problem-solving skills in operational and incident scenarios

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the driver and vehicle fleet
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims
• Monitor service quality, revenue performance, and team productivity
• Manage and train new drivers , and support performance recognition programs
• Organize driver groups into efficient, manageable clusters
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues as they arise
