Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Fleet Operations to own the day 0–2+ operational software that runs our global GPU fleet. You will partner with Fleet Software, SRE, data centre operations, and Support to turn operational pain into durable product outcomes.

Define strategy and drive multi-quarter initiatives across provisioning, monitoring, repair workflows, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in software or technology.
• Strong technical fluency in large-scale systems.
• Experience building products for operators — SRE/NOC/data centre technicians.
• Demonstrated ability to move from an ambiguous operational problem space to shipped product outcomes that measurably improve reliability/effectiveness.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading peers and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a significant Fleet Operations product area (provisioning/bring-up, fleet health/telemetry, incident/repair workflows, firmware/lifecycle).
• Lead multi-sprint cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through rollout across live GPU clusters.
• Turn operational ambiguity into product: shadow on-call rotations; translate toil into tooling and platform capabilities.
• Define metrics for a GPU fleet (availability, utilization, MTTR, time-to-bring-up) and drive roadmap accordingly.
• Partner with engineering on architecture and trade-offs for systems spanning bare metal, orchestration, observability, and control planes.
• Drive incident reviews and postmortems into product commitments to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor junior product managers and raise the quality bar for PRDs and decisions.
• Represent Fleet Operations in planning, reviews, and leadership updates.
