• 2–4 years of related experience or formal training; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages fleet productivity using key performance indicators (KPI).
• Accurately manages ETAs and meets load requirements.
• Oversees ownership for each load from dispatch to delivery.
• Dispatches complete and accurate load information at all times.
• Satisfies border crossing, customer pickups/deliveries and special requirements.
• Manages drivers' personal, training and service needs.
• Recommends and implements improvement plans where needed.
