Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of specific garages, manage staff, maintenance, safety and vendors within a region, and drive fleet programs across the Central US Region.

The role requires 5–7 years in Fleet or Transportation, a technical degree (Bachelor’s preferred), knowledge of DOT/state inspections, and strong leadership and communication skills. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Manage company owned vehicles, garages and mechanics.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the fleet.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee maintenance, audits and third‑party providers.
• Assist in budget management and cost control.
