Sysco Corp. is seeking an Operations supervisor responsible for leading the fleet maintenance department at our Mesa, AZ location. The role includes supervising shop personnel, managing maintenance, procurement, inventory, and cost controls to support safe and reliable fleet operations.

The position requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED, with CDL Class A preferred and relevant certifications. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Certificates: valid state driver’s license; Sysco defensive driving program; CDL Class A preferred; equipment certifications listed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily fleet maintenance and safety of shop staff.
• Oversee labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Manage parts inventory and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate departments.
• Ensure scheduling and inspections of fleet vehicles; perform preventive maintenance.
• Review maintenance reports and cost/expense data.
• Recommend efficiency and cost-saving measures.
