• Experience managing a fleet of contractors/owner-operators.
• Strong computer skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervise fleet of owner-operators.
• Monitor delivery performance and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate rates with contractors outside of the ICOA.

Skills
