Job summary

Marten Transport, Ltd. is seeking a driver supervisor in Operations to manage drivers and performance across multiple categories in a national fleet.

You will serve as the primary link to drivers, coordinating loads, advances, and maintenance, while focusing on on-time performance and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as driver supervisor in Operations and be the primary communication link to drivers.
• Manage drivers' performance across identified categories and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee on-time pickup and delivery performance and adherence to hours of service.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers and related records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
