Job summary

Mister “P” Express , Inc. is seeking a capable logistics coordinator to schedule drivers and coordinate routes, delivery times, and required documents. You will organize outbound/inbound driver windows, verify Bills of Lading, and maintain McLeod entries daily to reflect driver and truck information.

You will assist with HOS/ELD compliance, tracking activities, and producing reports while building strong relationships with drivers and supporting management with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Good telephone skills and solid computer skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while multitasking.
• Dependable with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinates driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks.
• Organized driver outbound/inbound window and calls.
• Verifies Bills of Lading.
• Build loads in McLeod.
• Assist with HOS and ELD compliance.
• Track and record shipments.
• Ensure Yard Checks are complete.
• Update McLeod with driver and truck information daily.
• Complete E-manifest requirements as needed.
• Develop reports as needed.
• Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute as needed.
• Manage relationships with drivers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
