Job summary

Ferrovial’s Webber division seeks a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work with drivers, mechanics, and the operations team to optimize fleet performance and safety across a multi-site environment.

The role emphasizes scheduling, documentation, and cost control, with strong focus on safety and regulatory adherence. A high school diploma and fleet training, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet maintenance or maintenance facility management.
• High school diploma with fleet training or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the company fleet, scheduling maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with CVOR, safety, licensing and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling across departments to minimize downtime and optimize utilization.
• Review and negotiate repair or parts quotes; reinforce safety protocols for all drivers and mechanics.
