Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with semi-tractor oil, lubrication, and tire requirements.
• Ability to work un-supervised; self-starter.
• Able to stand, bend, or kneel for long periods; lift 50 lbs.
• FMCSA inspections capability.
• Strong communication with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Service trucks, trailers and buses with lubrication and PM services.
• Maintain the shop area, including bays, equipment and tools.
• Direct vehicles in bays and ensure use of chock blocks.
• Provide correct quotes; inform customers about needed services.
• Verify oil dipstick before directing vehicle start.
• Complete work orders accurately; follow fleet procedures.
• Assist with customer concerns for owner operators and fleets.
• Report safety incidents to management; conduct preventive maintenance.
