Job Overview

Lube Technician – Entry Level

The Truck Shop is a division of Small & Sons Oil, a family‑owned company based in Auburn, WA, with over 60 years of service. We service both fleets and independently operated heavy and medium duty commercial trucks.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of minor services on commercial trucks, including oil changes and other fluid replacements, ensuring tasks are completed safely, correctly, and promptly to help customers return to the road.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools and toolbox
• Basic knowledge of mechanics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Task‑oriented, organized, and keeps work area clean
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Preferred: 1 year of experience

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
• Frequently use hands/fingers to grasp, move, assemble objects, and manipulate tools
• Frequently bend, twist, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl
• Frequently stand for long periods and walk

Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
