Winter Services Inc in Michigan is seeking a full-time Fleet Mechanic to inspect and repair our vehicles and equipment, including trucks, plows, and heavy machinery, and perform preventative maintenance.
You will test parts and systems, identify problems, plan repairs, visit job sites, and ensure compliance with DOT requirements to keep our fleet safe for next season. A valid CDL-B is preferred; strong work ethic and willingness to work long winter shifts with on-call duties are expected.
Winter Services, a leader in the snow removal industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a full-time, year-round Fleet Mechanic in the MI area. As a Fleet Mechanic, it will be your duty to inspect and repair our company vehicles and equipment (trucks, plows, heavy equipment ETC) as well as perform preventative maintenance to ensure our inventory are running to the best of their ability and will be safe for next season operations.
Prior knowledge of skids, loaders, tractors, etc, is a plus. ASE/Other Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
