Amerit Fleet Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Fleet Technician/Mechanic to maintain a refrigerated Ford Transit fleet. The role offers $30.00 - $40.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days. Prior Ford Transit and 608 Reefer experience is a plus.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, diagnose issues, complete work orders, and keep a clean, organized shop. The schedule options run Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm or

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to meet safety and compliance standards.
