Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-trailers, forklifts, skidsteers, and other vehicles.

You will perform preventative maintenance and ensure DOT compliance, while compiling inspection reports and reporting findings to management. You will diagnose brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems, service parts as needed, and coordinate with the shop to keep equipment presentable for customers.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of preventative maintenance and multiple system repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use diagnostic equipment to locate issues.
• Current FedMed Card or ability to complete a DOT physical.
• Willing to train and pursue ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-trailers, forklifts, skidsteer, and vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all assets.
• Inspect, service, and replace parts as needed.
• Check and repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure equipment meets DOT requirements.
• Compile inspection reports and document repairs for management.
• Paint, rebuild, and maintain equipment for presentation on road and in front of clients.
