B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking experienced Fleet Mechanics to join the Eloy, Arizona team. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles to ensure safe, efficient operations within a supportive, team-first environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years of fleet/heavy equipment maintenance, own their tools, and be willing to work evening/night shifts with on-call weekend rotations. Moderate travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet, heavy truck, or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ownership and maintenance of personal hand tools.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts and participate in on-call weekend rotations.
• Willingness for moderate travel, including occasional overnight trips.
• Proactive, self-driven work ethic with a strong safety emphasis.
