Pay Range: $26.00 – $32.00 / hour (Paid Weekly) + Night Shift Differential

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Evening/Night Shift) with on‑call weekend rotation

As our Fleet Mechanic, your primary focus is ensuring our trucks get out the gate safely and on schedule. Working primarily on evening/night shifts, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, perform routine fleet servicing, handle small‑to‑moderate repairs, and tackle larger mechanical diagnostics as equipment moves out of warranty.

You will manage local maintenance schedules, coordinate with regional teams, and occasionally travel to satellite sites like Yuma, AZ. You take ownership of workshop safety, mentor your team, and ensure top‑notch quality on every job.
