Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires mechanical experience and ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical problems and perform mechanical repairs on various equipment including concrete trucks and heavy construction equipment.
• Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose defects.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as lubrication and oil changes.
• Follow DOT requirements for brake inspections on commercial vehicles.
• Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize work based on pre-trip inspections.
• Input repair data into tracking software and communicate with drivers and plant managers.
