Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co in North Charleston, SC, seeks a Mechanic to service our in-house fleet of diesel/gas trucks, commercial mowers, and landscape tools. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to keep operations safe and productive.

This role emphasizes safety, requires at least three years of hands-on mechanical experience, and the ability to supply your own tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Recondition vehicles and equipment to meet image standards and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Document and maintain service and repair records accurately.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service with emphasis on efficiency and quality.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned.
