Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an associate fleet mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on support equipment and material handling gear, under supervision. Duties include working with large trucks, trailers, kneel-down transporters, forklifts, and related hydraulic/electrical systems.

You'll need hands-on experience with automotive shop theory, the ability to read schematics, and the drive to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

Repair, maintenance, and overhaul of automotive and material handling equipment.
Experience with computerized engine systems and sensors troubleshooting.
Familiarity with hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with automotive shop theory and practice.
Ability to obtain and maintain all qualifications and licenses associated with the role.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision of other qualified fleet mechanic seniors on SE and MHE.
Support trident D5 Missile system processes and related equipment as required.
Ensure compliance with PMP, CMP, TFIRR, and CML documentation at EMB.
