Job summary

Position Summary:

WinnScapes of Columbus is currently seeking a full-time mechanic. This position requires the ability to work on multiple kinds of vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel trucks, as well as, an assortment of small engine equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard.
• Perform diagnostic and full service maintenance to a fleet of gas and diesel trucks
• Perform diagnostic and maintenance to a fleet of mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, etc.
• Perform repairs on gas and diesel trucks as well as small engine equipment
• Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.
• Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas.
• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that all crew members are in compliance with government and company standards
• Participate in all snow removal activities.
