Salary Range

$24-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all company vehicle types.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Document all vehicle repair and inspection information accurately.
• Manage inventory and order parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Performance Requirements

• Operational knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle troubleshooting and repairs.
• Knowledge of International diesel medium-duty trucks and Ford engines preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and repair orders.
• Valid driver's license (C or better) and compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and working in various environments.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and maintenance tracking software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use vehicle lifts and work outdoors and indoors, handling chemicals and fumes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience or certification from an approved training program.
• Basic hand tools required; ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Meet DOT standards for brake and annual inspections.
