Responsibilities

• Track driver hours and logs to ensure DOT compliance
• Track location of equipment and coordinate deliveries
• Direct drivers and provide delivery information
• Interface with customers regarding service failures or OS&D
• Audit transportation invoices weekly and coordinate with accounts payable
• Ensure equipment is operational within DOT guidelines
• Manage local and OTR scheduling within operations systems
• Support maintenance and invoicing processes
