Qualifications

• 2+ years of fleet management, dispatch, or trucking operations experience.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with fleet management software (e.g., Samsara).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations.
• Supervise CDL drivers and maintain communication.
• Coordinate truck maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor ELDs, GPS, and vehicle performance.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
