Ecowaste Solutions in Springdale, AR is looking for a Diesel Mechanic with hands-on diesel maintenance experience to keep our garbage truck fleet road-ready. This full-time role involves diagnosing issues, preventive maintenance, and accurate record-keeping to ensure fleet uptime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on diesel garbage trucks and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Inspect vehicles to identify safety concerns and ensure DOT compliance.
• Complete accurate maintenance and repair records for all fleet vehicles.
• Communicate repair status and findings with dispatch and operations teams.
• Work with others in a team environment to ensure fleet uptime and superior service.
• Other maintenance tasks as needed.
