New Yung Wah Carrier Llc is seeking an energetic Fleet Manager to lead and optimize vehicle operations. You will supervise maintenance, procurement, and deployment of the fleet to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.

The role welcomes motivated candidates and offers hands-on training to grow a career in fleet operations. Prior fleet experience is a plus but not required; we value proactive learners who can contribute to operational excellence and cost savings through data-driven decisions

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance schedules and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage vehicle procurement, disposal, and inventory for cost-effective fleet size.
• Monitor fuel consumption and telematics to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws and safety regulations.
• Develop policies for fleet safety, driver conduct, and procedures.
• Lead training sessions for drivers on safety and policies.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance history, and licensing docs.
• Collaborate with vendors for repairs, parts, insurance, and other services.
• Analyze fleet metrics to identify improvements and cost savings.
