About the Role:

New Yung Wah Carrier LLC is looking for a driven bilingual Fleet Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to take the wheel of our transportation operations and lead a dynamic team of drivers and vehicles to keep our business moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance schedules and inspections to ensure all vehicles are safe, compliant with regulations, and in optimal condition.

Manage vehicle procurement, disposal, and inventory to maintain a cost-effective fleet size aligned with organizational needs.

Monitor fuel consumption, telematics data, and driver behavior to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation laws and safety regulations.

Develop and implement policies related to fleet safety, driver conduct, and operational procedures.

Lead training sessions for drivers on safety protocols, vehicle operation, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance history, incident reports, and licensing documentation.

Collaborate with vendors for vehicle repairs, parts procurement, insurance claims, and other fleet-related services.

Analyze fleet performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Skills:
