Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading forklift and material handling equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Fleet Management professional to optimize customer fleet costs and support aftermarket opportunities. The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, and FleetSTATS system use to drive cost reductions and service improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree (Business/Technical) - Non degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
• Frequent travel (6-20%)
• Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
• Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fleet Management.
• 3-5 years' experience in aftermarket support function involving material handling.
• Good working knowledge of FleetSTATS, data collection and reporting methods including Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
• Experience as a lead technician or Field Service Manager.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
